Plouto Advisory Group
2026
Plouto Advisory Group brings together three genuinely distinct disciplines - accounting, corporate services, and financial planning - under one roof, specifically so clients get advice from teams working off the same shared picture of their finances instead of specialists who never talk to each other. The website had to represent real breadth (21 individual services across two core disciplines, plus ten distinct life-stage scenarios) without collapsing into an overwhelming directory, and keep the "three teams, one picture" differentiator front and centre rather than losing it in the sheer volume of content.
Built on the AcctWeb/PlannerWeb platform - a specialist website and content system built specifically for Australian accounting and financial planning firms - with a dual-navigation structure that lets a visitor find guidance either by service (Accounting, Corporate, Financial Planning) or by what's actually happening in their life (retirement, inheritance, a business sale, divorce, losing a partner). Each service and life event previews in an on-page modal before linking through to its own dedicated page, so visitors get real detail without losing their place. A syndicated news feed, an educational video library, and a resources hub with financial calculators, a tax diary, and secure file transfer round out a genuinely comprehensive self-serve layer alongside the direct enquiry paths.
Website Design & Information Architecture
Twenty-one services across two core disciplines, organised into a browsable structure with on-page preview modals for every service card, team member, and life event - so a visitor gets real detail (what's covered, who they'd work with) before committing to a full page visit. That preview layer keeps a genuinely large service catalogue from feeling like a directory to wade through.
View Service →Life-Event Content Strategy
The standout strategic decision: a dedicated navigation path built around ten real, often emotionally charged life moments - approaching retirement, an inheritance, a business sale, divorce, losing a partner - each linking straight to the relevant advice. It meets prospective clients at the moment they're actually searching, rather than requiring they already know the correct accounting or financial-planning term for their situation.
View Service →Ongoing Content Integration
A syndicated news feed covering both accounting and financial planning topics, an educational video library, and a resources hub with financial calculators, a tax diary, and secure file transfer - giving existing clients a genuine reason to return to the site between engagements, not just a static brochure they visit once.
View Service →White Label Design & Delivery
This project was built and delivered under another agency's brand, using Plouto Advisory Group's existing visual identity rather than creating one from scratch - the interlocking diamond mark and the three-team colour system were already established. The work here was organising a genuinely large service catalogue around that identity, not designing it. White label is a core part of how we work - if you're an agency looking for a reliable delivery partner on web projects, we slot in seamlessly behind the scenes.
